OUR MASCOTS ARE ALIVE!

We don’t want you to pay for something you don’t like – that would just be silly. After you approve the mascot idea we’ve sketched out for you, we’ll produce it down to the last detail and send you a photo for your approval. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll go back to the drawing board. We will do everything possible to ensure that you love your costume BEFORE we ship you the final product

How to order your custom designed mascot costume?

No problem. We can manufacture a fun, safe, and comfortable mascot costume based on anything you can imagine. Just send us a picture of your character or product—whatever you need a costume for—and one of our designers will create a sketch for you to review. This step of the process is FREE.

Our designers will make sure your costume looks exactly how you want before we move forward with the manufacturing process. All colors and materials—fabrics, furs, etc.—will be determined.

Once a design is agreed on, our team will make sure the costume adapts perfectly to the human form, taking into account a person’s movement and changing proportions. The mounting method will be determined, as will the viewing option for the actor, usually either through the mascot’s eyes or mouth. All dimensions and measurements will be carefully determined at this stage. The designer will then prepare a final sketch, complete with a human schematic inside. Your mascot costume is now ready to be made! We can make just one, or we can produce large quantities of your costume for a big discount.

During the manufacturing process, we’ll take pictures of the progress to make sure you’re happy with everything. Once your mascot costume is finished, we’ll take pictures of the front and sides and send them to you for approval. If everything looks okay, you can pick your costume up in person, or we can ship to you via EMS, UPS, or another carrier service. Our collapsible design allows our costumes to be shipped and stored at minimal cost.

If you’d like a logo or design printed on your costume’s clothing, you’ll need to provide us with an image file. All image files for printing should be in vector format. If your file is in raster format, it must be a 1:1 ratio in order to print correctly on our fabric.

Also, please keep in mind thatmaking changes once the manufacturing process has begun can be difficult (if not impossible) and quite costly. So it’s important that we work carefully together and pay attention to every possible detail during the design stage.
